Start & Timing
To help minimise congestion on the course, runners will be released from the start area in groups every 1 minute.
Your official result will be based on your chip time, which starts when you cross the start line.
There is no course cut-off for the 5km. Take your time and enjoy the course. Walking is absolutely welcome.
Important: If you are aiming for an overall top-three male or female position, you must start with the starting gun.
Overall podium positions are determined using gun time, while age group results are calculated using chip time.

Your entry supports local charities and community organisations involved in the event.
No minimum age.
Under 10 years must run/walk with a responsible adult who is also registered in the event.
