HQB Half Marathon
Key Information
The HQB Half Marathon follows two laps of the Coffs Creek Walkway along flat mixed surface paths and boardwalks.
Cost: $60 (or $70 for late entries on Saturday 7th September)
Minimum age: 16 years (as at 8/09/2024)
Walkers are not permitted.
Race start: 08:10am sharp (Race briefing: 08:05am)

14:00 to 16:00 – race bib collection and late entries at Coffs Harbour Showground
Sunday 8th Sunday 2024
From 05:45 – race bib collection at Coffs Harbour Showground
08:00 – Half Marathon race briefing
08:10 – Half Marathon race start
11:00 – presentation and random draw prizes
Male and female winners will have their names engraved on a perpetual trophy. Top 3 male and female overall as well as age category winners will receive a prize.
Age categories: 16-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-69 years, 70-79 years and 80+ years.

Thankyou to Life Education, C.ex Group, Early Connections and Mid North Coast Disabled Surfers for manning the following water stations:
- 3.9km – Botanical Gardens
- 6.3km – Dolphin Marine Conservation Park
- 8.5km – Hogbin Drive Underpass
- 10.5km – Melittas Avenue
- 13.8km – Botanical Gardens
- 16.2km – Dolphin Marine Conservation Park
- 18.5km – Hogbin Drive Underpass
- 20.4km – Melittas Avenue
At 11.2km, opposite the finish line, there will be an unmanned table on the track at the Showground where runners can place a special drink or gel.
